Ilikai Waikiki Condo Hotel Special Deal

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

Aloha Everyone,

Times are tough and so are my discounts, I can’t even believe I’m discounting my unit this much !! I’m renting my 19th floor ocean view Ilikai Hotel condo 1927 for $99 per night.  This special is good for the months of September and October until the nights get filled.  That’s $36 off the regular rate……a great rate, just as nice as the view from my unit.  Imagine sipping a margarita on the lanai while watching a beautiful sunset……

My unit can sleep up to 4 people, has a fully stocked kitchen, and is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you want to hit the sand ). I have a cooler, boogie board and even some sand toys for the kiddies. Take advantage while you can of this special deal for my unit, not sure how long the days will be available……..

Hope to see you there !

Surfing Waikiki’s South Shore on Oahu

Saturday, July 10th, 2010

The south shore of Oahu Hawaii has some great surf spots.  Waikiki is a very nice location to learn to surf.  This area break favors the “longboard”.  There are lots of places to rent boards by the hour and hire an instructor.  If you want to rent by the day or by the week I recommend Koa Board Sports on Koa Street in downtown Waikiki (808-923-0189).

A great place to stay is at the oceanfront Ilikai Hotel in my condo unit 1530. This condo unit sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen.  It has recently been added to AlohaCondos.com and I am offering a nice 30% discount for available nights between now and Dec.18, 2009.

The lanai has a nice view  of 2 of my favorite surf spots, Kaisers and Rock Pile.    To the left is Kaiser’s, which has a nice lefts and barrel  rights.  To the right of  Kaiser’s is Rock Pile, with good lefts.

You can view the current south shore surfing conditions by going to Surfline.com.
