What a perfect time to visit Hawaii! The summer crowds are gone and the weather is great, the water warm and restaurants easy to get into. Rates are incredibly low right now –only $196/night instead of the usual $245 and there is availability in, November as well as December up to December 25! The rate from Dec. 15-25 would normally be $325 but has been lowered to $199, so it’s an incredible savings. The A/C is free as well as the parking. You’ll enjoy numerous amenities that guests make many comments about–just about anything from a waffle maker to beach equipment. Don’t wait for winter high season rates to begin before you get over and enjoy the warmth before the cold sets in! Our guests return again and again to enjoy our full width lanai (the entire width of the living room/condo) with its unsurpassed views expanding north of Molokai and south of Lanai Islands. One such celebrant commented recently, “We stayed for the second time at the Maui Kai Condo Complex, unit 504 in ‘07 and ‘08 and absolutely loooooved it all over again! We are very excited about returning for a ten day third visit. We never tire of this unbelievable oceanfront property. We always enjoy sitting on the lanai in the morning (java in hand) watching the wonderful sea parade of spinner dolphins and sea turtles, and wind surfers. Later we mosey on down to the awesome sandy beach and take a dip in the waves.”
