I live on the U.S. mainland in New Hampshire. I'm looking to purchase and live full time in a condo on Maui Isle. I'm currently looking at a unit in the Iao Parkside III complex on Eha Street. I haven't been to Maui yet to actually view various condos. I was hoping you would give me your opinion about Iao Parkside and the location as well as any recommendations you might have as to where you think I would be best to live. Also, I loved your place in Kaleialoha Resort. Do you know if there are units for sale there ? Are there owner occupied units allowed there ? I should point out that I'm looking for something under $150k and a "fee simple" deal. I would so very much appreciate any information/opinions you would provide. I need all the help I can get.
