Kaleiaoha #412 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 30 feet from the ocean with unobstructed views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

The unit is on the 4th floor of a 4 story complex and is extremely private and quiet, except for the sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep.  Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary or just a romantic get-away.

It is very beautifully decorated in Hawaiiana decor and is very clean and well maintained.  We take pride in keeping our condo in perfect condition.  We have a washer/dryer in the unit, air conditioning and offer free local phone service, free parking and free internet access.

We are located about 1 mile north of Kaanapali and are less then a 10 minute drive to Lahaina so we are close to shopping/restaurants.  There is an adjacent beach with access for swimming and snorkeling.

We have a wonderful area on the property with many lounge chairs for laying out also and enjoying the ocean views. You can see turtles in the morning and evenings.  Also at low tide during most of the year you can walk for up to 2 miles down the beach.

There is a Farmer’s market on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays that is within walking distance and that has great fruit/baked goods/veggies and other goodies.

The sunset views on the lanai are truly breathtaking as well as the many rainbows I know you will see.

From Mid-Dec until mid-April you can watch the migrating whales from the Lanai.  Bring binoculars!

    Lynne, My name is Bill Murphy. I live on the U.S. mainland in New Hampshire. I’m looking to purchase and live full time in a condo on Maui Isle. I’m currently looking at a unit in the Iao Parkside III complex on Eha Street. I haven’t been to Maui yet to actually view various condos. I was hoping you would give me your opinion about Iao Parkside and the location as well as any recommendations you might have as to where you think I would be best to live. Also, I loved your place in Kaleialoha Resort. Do you know if there are units for sale there ? Are there owner occupied units allowed there ? I should point out that I’m looking for something under $150k and a “fee simple” deal. I would so very much appreciate any information/opinions you would provide. I need all the help I can get.
