    Is the $199 price for real forthe dates 1-03-10 thru 01-11-10? what addtional taxes,fees, cleaning fees.

    We would like to visit in May 2011 (6 people). Is there any chance you’d extend your $199 special if we stay for 2 weeks? What a lovely home and location!
