Well it was a busy time this past May with Spring Cleaning, Updates, Repairs & Condo additions. We now have new Sofa & Love Seat for the Living Room. Added King & Queen 4″ Spring Foam bed toppers in in addition to the padded mattress covers; makes for a cushy nights sleep. New Island Style Bedding, some new linens, Bath towels & Beach Towel have been added. For your music delight an Ipod Docking station w/ CD player was added. For those with little ones we now have a pack n play crib for use at the condo. Some new small appliances in kitchen; toaster & knifes. New Lanai cushions for Bar Stools, Dining chairs & Chaise Lounge. Large & small ice chest for use at the beach and for shopping needs. We’ve added live plants for a more home away from home feel.

When I bought my condo back in 2000, I did a complete remodel and converted it from two hotel rooms into a spacious 1-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. I’ve had many, many positive comments from my guests about how nice it was to stay in this configuration and I will continue to offer it this way.
Over the past 2 years, I’ve seen an increase in the number of guests who would like to stay at the Hanalei Bay Resort for less than $100 per night. So I’ve added a new custom kitchenette to condo 1557 so that now each condo can be rented independently and you get kitchen features in both condos – 1557 and 1558.

Hanalei Bay Resort is still a fantastic place to stay on Kauai and with lounge and restaurant reopening this year, it will be even better.
