Hawaii is a state that transports us into another world and time. Even though it is part of the United States vacationing here makes you feel as if you have traveled to a distant land. It has a sense of mystery, and the amazing natural beauty captivates you from your first experience and continues with every visit you make afterwards. There is something for every traveler to enjoy. There is so much to see that it is impossible to see everything in one single trip. This is why so many vacationers choose condo rentals.
If you were to search condo rentals you will see that one of the most popular areas is Hawaii. One of the amazing features of Hawaii that draws us in, are the six main islands that makes up Hawaii. These islands include: Hawaii’s big island, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu and Kauai. Each island has it’s own vibe and personality. Each offers it’s own unique adventures and sights to see.
Hawaii’s big island is home to Kona which is a surrounded by natural wonders such as the world’s tallest mountain “Mauna Kea”. You can also enjoy the wonders of the Volcano National Park, where you will see the Kilauea volcano. Be sure to tantalize your taste buds with Kona’s coffee, macadamia nuts and chocolate candies from the Kona Coast nut and candy factory.
Maui is one of the most well known islands. Here you can explore the Haleakala Crater by four-wheeler. This allows the outdoor traveler to experience the adventure and beauty through this sight seeing activity. You will also want to travel down the Scenic Hana Highway for sights that will last in your mind a lifetime.
Lanai is home to “ the garden of the gods” Keahia Kawelo, which is a lunar landscape. For our animal loving vacationers be sure to visit the dolphins in Hulopae Bay. Sight seeing is always a must so a hike up the Munro Trail will be sure to satisfy.
Molokai offers an entertaining mule ride through Kalaupapa National Historical Park. If you want to see an amazing natural wonder, take a boat out into the ocean to view the sea cliffs.
Oahu is famous for it’s surfing championships, so why not stop by for a surfing lesson on Waikiki beach. Don’t forget to pay you respects to the USS Arizona Memorial. This site is a reminder of the one thousand seven hundred and seventy seven crewman who lost their lives on December seventh attack of Pearl Harbor.
Kauai is known for its Waimea Canyon, which is called the grand canyon of the pacific. If you want a more adventurous choice be sure to kayak down Wailu River. It’s sure to thrill even the most adventurous vacationer.
There are so many amazing sights that fill us with the culture, history and pure fascination of Hawaii it’s no wonder why we are drawn there. So what are you waiting for? Pack your bags and buy that plane ticket. Once you see how much there is to see, you may have to look into a condo rental for your return visits. Go Hawaii!
