Iron Imu BBQ has a new permanent West Side location. They are open from 5 PM-9 PM week nights in the front of Outrigger Napili Shores with plenty of inside seating. It’s not formal – you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The place is very cleverly decorated – you’ll want to look around, they even have a kid’s room. Same great menu with addition of butter boiled shrimp and blackened red fish. Plenty of side dishes (each order comes with 3 sides) and the prices will make your travel budget happy. To get your feet wet try the Iron Imu Combo with an ice cold local beer. For more options they still set-up their portable smoker at Kahana Falls on Tuesday evenings and at the Mauian on Wednesday evenings. Very nice hard working local folks offering great value!
